      For almost 11 years of our company's work, we have become convinced that in order to achieve high results, we need a strong team, which should include full-time highly qualified specialists in a variety of areas.

      For all the time of our existence, new trends have appeared in marketing, web development, design and other areas. Some of them have become the best solution on the market. Others did not prove their effectiveness and went down in history. We are convinced that in order to build the future, we have to know the mistakes and victories of the past. That is why we are proud that during our work, key employees of the company are still working with us today.

      Our mission - is to help businesses improve their quality indicators by introducing modern marketing tools, sophisticated technical solutions, for more efficient operation and company growth.

      How did we develop?

      Like all self-made companies, we started in a small office in one of the city's business centers. 5 people, high goals, desire to develop - this is an excellent broth in which strong teams are born.

      As new directions appeared in the world of marketing and web development, our team has grew, we invited new specialists, although most of our main employees became such while working for us.

      By the beginning of 2010, CRM systems appeared, and their task was to automate business processes in companies. At the moment, we have been partners with Bitrix24 (Corporate Portal) since 2009 and amoCRM since 2015. Even then, we realized that such solutions are the future. Some time later, we received the highest partner status - “Gold Partner” in Bitrix.

      What did it teach us?

      Every third project is not just “make a website”, “launch advertising”, it is a set of works aimed at increasing the efficiency of the team, and as a result, the growth of the company’s profit, since the team is the driving force of any business, and company’s overall success depends on its effectiveness.

      CRM systems - are a great tool to improve employee productivity. In particular, Bitrix24 allows you to automate and control most business processes in a company. In our experience, the work of the sales department becomes much more efficient, since the entire customer history is stored in one tab*, and is available to any employee. The dismissal of the head of the department or one of the managers will not incur losses in the information environment of the company, since the entire history of his work will be at the disposal of the new specialist.

      Working with large clients

      In the 2000s, perhaps until 2010-2012, large companies (plants, factories, enterprises) worked in the “old fashioned way”: word of mouth, developed bases of partners and distributors. But after the deeper entering of the Internet into the life of every person, big brands began to turn their attention to this new channel for obtaining customers.

      Then we faced a new problem, in such companies all accounting, including goods, is kept in the accounting system 1C:ERP, since the product content could be tens of thousands of product units (with description of parameters, photographs, etc.). Their duplication on sites, directories would be a real apocalypse. But any problem - is just another opportunity to become stronger and better. We just did that. To date, one of our main areas - is programming and implementation of accounting systems based on 1C:Pidpryemstvo.

      We chose the Bitrix CMS website development platform, as this system in all respects is the market leader in the CIS market among commercial systems. The ability to synchronize huge databases between the 1C:Pidpriyemstvo accounting system and the site created on the Bitrix CMS allowed us to speed up significantly the transition of large companies to online. In doing so, we saved our customer’s money and helped them to enter the market ahead of their competitors.

      What did it teach us?

      Solving complex problems opens up new opportunities that can make your business more efficient. Now we are competent in matters of complex integration and configuration of the 1C:ERP system as a whole. In 2016, we received the SAB status, which confirms our competence in this area.

      Digitalization: the inevitability of business development

      Are you online? Today, this question is as ridiculous as asking a young man if he is registered on social networks. With 95% probability the answer will be positive.

      Since the beginning of the Internet, advertising has been an integral part of the work in our team. Website promotion (SEO), contextual advertising in search engines (PPC), in social networks (SMM) is an integral part of our overall development strategy.

      Every year the new trends and priorities appear. The emergence of YouTube allowed the first big players in the market to skim the cream off in the form of a new customer channel. The popularity of instant messengers in 2017-2018 led to a new round in marketing, and those who managed to get better results.

      What did it teach us?

      We are constantly learning and looking for new opportunities, to stay competitive and improve our clients' business. Our employees have been trained in various fields, we work with the best marketing tools, we are partners with the ManyChat bot builder, we give lectures about marketing and we develop ourselves. Do not take it for pathos, but marketing reminds us of the statement of one famous hockey player: “You need to go after the puck where it should be, not where it was.” Why is it about marketing? Because it is very important to understand what the company needs to focus on, what development strategy to choose and no less important, what is not worth spending your time and money on.

      What about today?

      Now the RiverIT Digital agency is expanding the geography of its work, our clients are located not only in the CIS countries, but also abroad. We develop our own products, continue to improve our skills and knowledge in different areas, and of course set new goals for ourselves and our customers.
